Help me oh great JK: wheels for the 5

Like an enigma wrapped in a riddle wrapped in chinchilla, LBM will bring you in and out of consciousness with alternating waves of outer space-like freshness and pharaonic opulence. You can think of the Paris based design firm like a renaissance man from the future, whose inspirations age timeless, yet capture and astound those in the present.

Help me oh great JK: wheels for the 5

Yo,

After seeing that charger on those SRT10 reps Hayley has decided that she must have concave face wheels on the GTI. We've been keeping our eyes open for the right wheels to replace those awful Huffs... and spring is basically here.

Requirements:
- 18-19"
- I'd really like if they were 5x112 or 5x114.3 as we wouldn't need adapters
- not terribly spendy

Ideas??

EDIT: emphasized most important attribute of wheel.

when did that get posted? looks f'ing hot.

UPDATE:
After much soul searching and consideration I came to the conclusion we aren't going to VMAXXXXXXXXXX the 5 as it's set up so sweetly from the factory and I'd hate to move in the wrong direction. This means it will stay in the nosebleeds until the right set of coils comes up at the right price. This lead to the conclusion any aftermarket wheels will look seriously silly for the interim and wouldn't be able to stand looking at it.

So back to factory VW wheels... I lost out on a set of those new Passat 18s on kijiji which would have looked great and I could have used the tires off of the huffs. Since then there's been a drought and we've been burning off the winters. Then my coworker came in with the summers back on her rabbit mit sport package- 17" Classix better known as base GTI wheels. We offered her a trade and she bit! I'm putting them on this aft and finger crossed it pulls together losing an inch of wheel *bites nails*.

I should add the Classix are on and it looks fine... still needs a drop in a big way... even Hayley said :(

Having said that it must be the most balanced car I've ever owned. These wheels are a few lbs lighter than the Huffs and the tires are decent! Tonnes of fun on the back roads now
