Not a fan of the bolt on fenders, but here's what 17" wheels look like:

I'm not so much a fan of those. I do like the width and colour though.

Beauty of a wheel. Can't imagine ever justifying that kind of price though!

Your in a whole different ballgame now. How does it feel to be on the other side of the fence and not be looking at wheels that are worth 3x what the car is worth?

Thankfully there are still aftermarket options. Generally the Rennlist classifieds users tend to price their parts surprisingly well. That one is just bonkers, but maybe what they are worth? *shrug*

These would look great.

Or these.

I like the turbo twists.

I was thinking you could colour match some cup 1s for a sort of riff on the speedster

I've always had a thing for those garish bastards. Would look great with some lowes

Really leaning towards the 17-18" twists. Especially since they can be snagged for under $1000 with good tires.

Here's a set of 18s:

Looks like the sizes worth hitting for your car.

Specific to the design of those wheels...while the stepped up face looks decent on classic black (and likely WAY better on silver), that stepped up face would look terrible on any other car I think? Maybe I'm wrong.

Also Randy if you can find faces, I'm convinced I can build you that exact or similar set of wheels for WAY cheaper than $3100.

I mean there's nothing to it so you could build them yourself, but just get the lips/barrels ordered up from Image, buy some nice stainless hardware, get Steve at Wheeltek to do the faces and blamo you could have a set done the way you want for ~$4000. Could be even less if you get a set of 4 faces on the cheaps!

I would prefer larger faces than that. The rear step lip kinda weirds me out.

Either way, there's NO chance I can justify $4k for wheels right now. As much as I would like to dump the entire sale price of the Corrado into modifying the 964, the wife would NOT approve that. Haha.

As for the wheels above, the faces were powder coated silver and the lips are polished and powder coated in clear.

Andrew is selling his wheels and posted his sizes. I never noticed how far the rear pokes out. It just looks so natural for the shape of the car.

17x11 ET20 rear
