Crooked grin. Waxed the hood and ds fender today... Red is nice! Can't do it though- I need to fix the rust and don't want to do a full on gloss paint job.

Wow that's great... what's your driving style? I had a hard time keeping my foot out of the Chewbacca pedal with that car.

I'm generally pretty easy going on the throttle... It does get a regular workout though. It'll chirp into third fairly often :) I have 24.6 mpg average in the passat.

Heck yes.
Perhaps you could adapt the momo horn and paint/plasti dip it? The horn was the only authentic piece of that mofaux.

I was thinking of adhering the kap to some sort of button to act as the horn... Not sure if it'll work but worth a shot.

Just go to Sayal electronics and pick up a small button. For $1.50 you could have something to fit in the hole perfectly.

Oh I got buttons baby. After driving home with it, I think I'm just going to make a new hub. It's dished so it sits closer than the other wheel but that means the stalks are further away and it kind of looks like it's hanging way out in space.

Anyone used/using one of these over the winter? It was on the vr that I picked up. I've never used one before.
