Well, it's that time of year again to start planning for the annual pilgrammage to Mecca (er Maryland), to pay hommage to our favourite marque (and of course, relax in our skivvies on the beach!)

I managed to dig up the info for the condo we were in last year, in case anyone was looking for a place to book for the week. I'm already booked for the week in the same flat we had last year, with the same peeps, and I think it worked out to $25 per person, per night

For those who didn't visit last year, here are a few highlights of the location:
- the condo is on the beach side of the strip.
- beach access is literally seconds away without having to cross any traffic.
- there is a roof top patio and pool, with an unobstructed view of the traffic.
- covered parking, with an accessible hose for hosing down, and washing up.
- we are directly accross from the coloured wheel GTG location!!! :o
- It's only a five minute stumble back from Seacrets.

E-mail, originally from Dac:

OK, so even though the dates haven't been "official" just yet, Kristen looked at the availability of the last year's condo, and it's available for us this year.

The proposed dates would be arriving Wed Sept 22nd, and leaving on Mon Sept 27th. That's one day longer than last year.

The total would be $875.00 between 7 people, which would be $125 USD each if everyone decides to stay for the same number of days.

That works out to just: $25 a night!

Howdy,

I called about Graham's condo, but they say it's already booked. They're having a very bad storm today, so she said she'd call me back tomorrow night to see if she can find us something else.

So far, the next best thing I've found is this one - 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms

http://www.cyberrentals.com/rental/p243581i

It would be $112/person based on 8 of us. The rental guy says it's quite near where you were last year. Apparently it's across the street from some dinosaur mini golf...not sure if that will ring a bell or not...

Anyway, things seem to be mostly booked already, so I'm still just calling around, fingers crossed.

Sadly I think I gotta report that we're out... looking at the big picture at this point I don't think going makes a tonne of sense. It's going to be torture when that weekend rolls around but I think this is the right decision for this year. Have fun friends :)

Put me down for a nay :( . I've got too much stuff going on this year which really sucks because the weekend is a good time and that condo is dope.
