Air is leaking. Bought them knowing well that the previous repair job was sketchy.

Rim Doctor on old King in Kitchener?

Anyone else suggest someone that can handle high end aluminum alloy rims local?

Maybe DW? :)

Existing repair that cracked.

25 series tires and a near 6000 lb monster doesn't help any.

I'm not sure what came first, the flat / slack tire or the crack.

Rim Doctor it is I think.

It won't be cheap, but it will be fixed.

I have a 5th rim that I bought for next to nothing. It is black with silver lip. I may make more sense to refinish this one from an economics point of view.

For the price I paid a little headache is worth while. How much you thinking Randy?

I might as well nickel plate them while I'm at it no? :)

Rim Doctor fixed me up. They couldn't take the tire off as their machine only handled up to 22's.

$155 tax in. Currently mounted on Snow White and holding air well! Not the prettiest repair job but functional. I'll clean up the welds when I go to plate them with diamonds next year.

DW,

Just noticed a bubble in the side wall of one of my rims. What is Steve Shearer's phone number? Hopefully he knows who to talk to in London.

The crack continues...

Same wheel is cracked 70 degrees from the originally repaired section. I'm upset. I imagine when the original damage was done some interesting stress distribution occurred sending hairlines throughout the rim deeming is toast.

Garbage?

I have a fifth wheel that is black and is structurally sound (crosses fingers)...
