For sure... was talking to the tech about the change to scanning OBD2 ports.
Scoop so far is 98 and above vehicles will have the etest done using the OBD2 diagnostics. 97 and below will still be the old school dyno test.
Not sure if companies like APR, etc are doing this yet, but seems like they are going to have to start forcing ready codes for missing emission goods on newer cars.
